After we threw the keys into the ocean, we walked along the water and picked up shells. The first one that bobby notices was the orange one on the right, and then he found the little baby orange one on the left. We just walked along the beach picking up all the shells that we liked, we also brought back a lot of sand, so were going to get cute little vials to put the sand into.
Bobby bought two little locks, and had engraved our names on one side, and the year on the other side. Then we found a fence on Pierce Street on the beach that we locked them onto together. And we tossed the keys into the ocean. Right after, we saw a shooting star. It was seriously the best night of the week, and by far the cutest thing that anyone has thought to do with me. Whenever we go back to visit, i hope that everytime its still there. <3
top picture is a little blurry, and it was on the last day of the trip.
The second picture is probably my favorite picture of us so far. Eventhough were both looking at the phone, i think its cute. <3
Went to the Hard Rock Casino, its like a complete little town. They had so many restaurants, shops, and clubs. We played a few games of Roulette, and then had dinner at Blue Point on the water. This little house cat came up and sat next to us for a while, and we named him Slots. haha. Then we walked over to the Hooters, and it was completely different from our hooters…but the manager gave me some employee tank tops and discounted our check of desserts. :)
Bobby took me to see Dexters Apartment!!!!!
Its the last one on the far right, with the people standing outside of it.
It was hard to get some good pictures, and my phone was dead. But after i had managed my way back through some trash cans and past several “No Trespassing” signs, i could see it perfectly. But these are the pictures that bobby got of it before we got the cops called on us, hah.
Bobbys family keeps a cute little sebring down in florida to drive around and what not. But the alternator in the sebring is dead, so we had to keep charging it at night, and sometimes jump it. So we traded it away for this cute little ‘stang. We also bought it off of Raysa Peres, who is a supermodel in Spain. I took this picture of her, when Bobby was trading the plates on the car.
So once we had befriended the lizard community, we build them a house of plexiglass and duct tape.
We never did see anything in there though. :|
AND THIS…is Shrumpy.
I was walking to the bedroom, and i saw this little guy by the front door. But he was soooo little, that i almost couldnt tell if he was a lizard or a leaf. So i said “BABE!……(long pause)…..(bobby freaking out)….i think i just found…the littlest lizard….in the house”. Bobby is very against lizards being in the house, and he even said that he doubted that it was a lizard. Until he moved! and we caught him…and then released him into the wild. Haha. He was maybe 1.5”-2” long. And he had a crazy big head for his little body. He was super cute. <3
This is Rex,
And one morning, Rex was taunting me and was being more ballsy than the other lizards. Until Bobby and I caught him. Now he is our friend.
:)
St. Patricks Day
Went to the beach for St. Patty’s Day. We kept trying to get good pictures of us, but we were not too successful, a lot of them are blurry. <3
We hung out at the beach for a bit and then headed home.
Also, i love the picture of bobby starting the car, because he knows everything and how to fix everything. I love that about him.
Mardi Gras Casino/Greyhound Track
Never really been to one of these, but it was a lot of fun. We got there a little late, so we only got to watch i think 6 races. The first dog I picked to win, won! We were both really excited. I won 2 of the 6 races. We even went all the way down to sit right next to the track. I always picked cute little blonde dogs, and Bobby would pick the big ones, or the ones that would poop on the track. ;P
Also, Im not wearing hardly any makeup, and wore my hair in ponytails the whole week, so no judging. haha.
The first night there, we made a grocery list on my phone, and the next morning we went to the store and stocked up!
And of course, I have no cooking skill, so Bobby made the food for the entire week. He made quesodillas loaded with cheese and veggies, cheesy pasta and garlic bread, pizzas, double grilled cheeses, loaded omelets, with sides of grapes, cottage cheese, strawberries, greek yogurt, and of course…
NUTSHAKES. We made nutella/chocolate milkshakes. And they are my new obsession. Haha.
How he thinks of the things to make, is beyond me, but hes good at everything, so of course. ;)
We also would eat all of our meals at the table in the dining room while watching shows like DEXTER or workaholics on the laptop. While we were there, we got through an entire season of dexter. <3
The house!
Wish we were still there. :( It was so nice there, and Florida is completely different from Illinois. I could see myself living there for sure. <3
We had so much fun in this house for the week that we were there,
